Our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day to protect our communities. They deserve respect, resources, and the trust of the people they serve. I will fight to ensure our officers have the training, equipment, and support they need to do their jobs effectively and safely. We must reject efforts to defund or undermine the police, and instead focus on recruiting and retaining quality officers while holding violent criminals accountable. Strong communities start with safe streets, and that begins with backing the blue.
-
Our law enforcement officers are the backbone of safe and thriving communities. Every day, they put themselves in harm’s way, facing danger and uncertainty to protect the people they serve. This is not just a job; it’s a calling that requires courage, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the public good.
I know this firsthand. As a decorated Maryland State Police Trooper, I served on the front lines of public safety and experienced both the challenges and the deep rewards of protecting our communities. That service taught me the importance of having strong leadership, proper training, and the right tools to keep officers — and the public — safe.
Unfortunately, in recent years, political rhetoric and misguided policies have undermined the morale and effectiveness of our police. Efforts to defund or restrict law enforcement have led to increased crime, slower emergency response times, and greater risk for officers and citizens alike. That’s why I am committed to standing firmly behind the men and women who wear the badge.
Backing the blue means more than saying “thank you” — it means ensuring they have the training, equipment, and resources they need to succeed. It means protecting funding for community policing, advanced training in crisis de-escalation, and updated technology that allows them to respond quickly and effectively. It means supporting mental health resources for officers who face stress and trauma on the job.
I will also work to protect law enforcement from politically motivated attacks that make their jobs harder and more dangerous. We must focus on holding violent criminals accountable through strong sentencing and enforcement, rather than targeting law-abiding citizens or limiting the tools our officers need to protect themselves and others.
Public safety is the foundation of freedom. Without it, families cannot thrive, businesses cannot grow, and communities cannot prosper. That’s why my pledge is simple: as your representative, I will always have the backs of those who protect and serve — because when we Back the Blue, we protect the very fabric of our society.
Back the Blue
Defend the Second Amendment
-
The Second Amendment is not up for negotiation. Law-abiding Americans have the right to keep and bear arms for self-defense, hunting, and sport. I oppose federal overreach that restricts responsible gun ownership and will work to expand nationwide carry reciprocity so your rights don’t end at a state line. Instead of targeting responsible citizens, we must enforce existing laws against criminals who misuse firearms. Protecting the Second Amendment is essential to preserving freedom and security.
-
The right to keep and bear arms is one of the most important protections in our Constitution. It ensures that citizens can defend themselves, their families, and their communities. Unfortunately, some in Washington want to chip away at that right with laws that burden law-abiding citizens while doing little to stop violent criminals.
As a decorated Maryland State Police Trooper, I have seen firsthand how responsible, trained citizens can be a force multiplier for public safety — and how dangerous it is when law-abiding people are left defenseless.
I believe in enforcing the laws we already have — targeting those who commit crimes with firearms, not those who follow the rules. I also believe your Second Amendment rights should not end when you cross a state line. The Constitution is a federal document, and licensing for carrying a firearm should be recognized at the federal level, where those rights reside. All mentally competent, law-abiding citizens should have the exclusive right to carry anywhere within the United States.
Nationwide concealed carry reciprocity isn’t just a convenience — it’s a matter of ensuring that constitutional rights are consistent and protected across all 50 states. We do not require citizens to get a different driver’s license for each state; the same principle should apply to the right to self-defense.
We must preserve the Second Amendment for future generations, ensuring that it remains a cornerstone of American liberty. As your representative, I will fight any attempt to weaken or undermine this right, and I will work to restore it fully to the place our Founders intended — as a guarantee that freedom will always be defended by the people themselves.
Secure Borders
-
Build a full border wall, integrate advanced surveillance, increase in-person patrols, and establish single legal entry points in every state. Enter legally or permanently lose the right to citizenship.
-
Border security must be absolute, not optional. We will construct a full, continuous border wall supported by current-generation surveillance systems, including drones, motion sensors, and AI-driven monitoring to detect and respond to illegal crossings in real time. This physical and technological barrier will be reinforced by increased in-person patrols, ensuring a strong human presence where walls and sensors meet.
Every U.S. state will have designated single points of legal entry, streamlining enforcement and making illegal entry more difficult and riskier. Anyone attempting to bypass legal channels will face permanent disqualification from ever obtaining U.S. citizenship—a clear, enforceable deterrent that puts law-abiding immigrants first.
This plan closes loopholes, stops human trafficking and drug smuggling, and ensures that those who wish to become Americans follow the law from day one. Secure borders mean safer communities, stronger sovereignty, and an immigration system rooted in fairness and respect for our nation’s laws.
Protect Our Children from Indoctrination
-
Parents, not bureaucrats, should decide what their children are taught. I will fight for transparency in education and guarantee that families can opt out of controversial, non-academic instruction. Schools should focus on the basics — reading, writing, math, and science — not political or social agendas. Our children’s education must prepare them for success, not division. Protecting them from ideological indoctrination is about safeguarding their future and ensuring that parents remain the primary decision-makers in their children’s upbringing.
-
Education is one of the most important responsibilities we have to our children, and it must prepare them for a successful, independent future. Yet too often, the classroom is being used as a platform for political or ideological agendas that have nothing to do with math, science, reading, or history. I believe parents have the fundamental right to know what their children are being taught — and to opt them out of lessons or activities they find inappropriate.
I didn’t just take this position on paper — I stood with the parents of Montgomery County when their “opt-out” rights were stripped away. I testified three times before a heavily weighted school board that had been infiltrated by activists pushing inappropriate material into the classroom. I attended the first appeals hearing in Richmond and remained involved through the entire legal process. No other candidate — Democrat, Independent, or Republican — showed up unless the mainstream media was there for a photo op, and none testified or stood with parents in those hearings.
The fight culminated in Mahmoud v. Montgomery County Board of Education, where Muslim and Christian families came together to defend their right to protect their children. While lower courts denied the case, in July 2025 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6–3 in favor of the parents, restoring their constitutional right to opt out. I was there from the beginning — before the cameras, before the headlines — because parental rights matter.
This is not about avoiding difficult topics; it is about ensuring that schools stick to core academics and do not push divisive or age-inappropriate material. I support legislation requiring full curriculum transparency so parents can see lesson plans, reading lists, and classroom activities before they happen.
In Congress, I will fight to protect parental rights at every level of education. We will restore schools as places of learning, not indoctrination, and keep the focus on academic excellence that prepares our children for real-world challenges.
Protect Women’s Sports
-
Women and girls have fought hard for fairness and opportunity in athletics. Allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports undermines those achievements and puts scholarships, records, and safety at risk. I will work to ensure that female athletic categories are protected and that opportunities for women remain strong. This is about fairness, not exclusion — preserving the integrity of competition so that our daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers can compete on a level playing field.
-
Title IX was a landmark in women’s equality, giving female athletes the same opportunities to compete and succeed as their male counterparts. That progress is now being threatened by policies that allow biological males to compete in women’s sports. No matter the intention, these policies erode the fairness and safety of female competition.
This is not about hate or exclusion — it is about recognizing biological differences that impact performance, safety, and outcomes. When a male athlete competes in a female category, it can erase years of training and dedication for female athletes, cost them scholarships, and undermine the integrity of sports.
I have spoken about this issue at rallies, in testimony before decision-making bodies, and in conversations with anyone who would listen. Protecting our daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers in the arenas where they’ve sacrificed so much is not a talking point for me — it’s a commitment I’ve already stood up for publicly.
I will support federal legislation that protects women’s categories at all levels of competition, from youth leagues to professional sports. Protecting women’s sports protects equality itself — ensuring that our daughters and granddaughters have the same opportunities as generations before them.
Respect Our Veterans
-
Every veteran deserves immediate access to healthcare — including the right to see a private doctor at the federal government’s expense if the VA is backlogged. As a chaplain dedicated to suicide prevention and PTSD treatment, with 7 tours in Iraq and 3 in Afghanistan as a military contractor, I have walked the walk and can speak from experience. I will fight for timely care, mental health resources, and real support for every man and woman who served.
-
Veterans represent the best of America’s values — courage, commitment, and service. In return, our nation owes them care, respect, and opportunity. Too often, the systems meant to serve them are slow, inefficient, or inadequate, leaving veterans waiting months for basic medical appointments. That delay is unacceptable.
Every veteran should have healthcare on demand — not just when the VA can fit them in. If the VA is backlogged, veterans must have the right to see private doctors immediately, with the federal government covering the cost. No veteran should be forced to suffer, or worse, take their own life because help came too late.
This is personal for me. I served 7 tours in Iraq and 3 tours in Afghanistan as a military contractor embedded with U.S. forces. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional toll of service and the heavy burden that follows. That journey ultimately set me on the path to complete my master’s degree in Chaplaincy, where I have focused on suicide prevention, PTSD treatment, and walking alongside those in crisis.
I will also push for housing programs that directly address veteran homelessness, and for job training initiatives that connect veterans with meaningful, well-paying careers after service.
Respecting our veterans means keeping our promises — not just on paper, but in real life. As your representative, I will make sure that those who put their lives on the line for us receive the healthcare, support, and dignity they have earned.
Service-Based Student Loan Forgiveness
-
Service to our nation and communities should be rewarded. I support full federal student loan forgiveness for U.S. military members, law enforcement officers, nurses, and first responders who serve honorably for at least 10 years. This policy would help recruit and retain skilled professionals in critical fields, ease financial burdens for those who have given so much, and strengthen the workforce in areas that keep our country safe, healthy, and strong.
-
The rising cost of higher education has left too many Americans burdened with student debt, even after years of service to our country and communities. It’s time to reward those who dedicate a decade or more to protecting and serving others.
I support full federal student loan forgiveness for U.S. military members, law enforcement officers, nurses, and first responders who serve honorably for at least 10 years. This policy will encourage talented young people to enter and remain in critical service professions, strengthen recruitment and retention, and provide financial relief to those who have already given so much.
By linking loan forgiveness to long-term honorable service, we honor their sacrifice while ensuring our communities remain safe, healthy, and resilient.
Reform Congress
-
Washington is broken because career politicians and special interests have more power than the people they represent. I will fight for permanent fixed election districts to end gerrymandering, strict term limits for Congress, and real campaign finance reform where no candidate can spend more in a primary or general election than the salary of the office they seek. I will make PAC and dark money illegal, restoring accountability and returning power to the people — not the political class. The Senate remains the same, but the House is restructured into Land and Population Chamberswith fair representation for every American.
-
Our federal government no longer works for the average American — it works for career politicians, lobbyists, and billionaire donors. The solution is not more partisan fights, but structural reform that puts citizens back in charge of their government.
Permanent Fixed Districts
I propose a permanent fixed district system that eliminates gerrymandering entirely by replacing the current House of Representatives with two chambers:
Land Chamber: 313 districts, each representing roughly equal geographic land area (about 7.76 million acres), ensuring rural and resource-producing regions have equal voice in survival-based policy decisions.
Population Chamber: 131 districts, fixed by the federal government, ensuring urban and high-population areas have representation without overpowering rural America.
District boundaries never change — no more political map manipulation.
Term Limits & Election Cycles
Senate remains exactly as it is today: 6-year terms, maximum of two terms.
Land Chamber: Members serve 6-year terms, maximum of two terms. Elections are staggered so one-third of the chamber is up for election every two years.
Population Chamber: Members serve 4-year terms, maximum of three terms. Elections are staggered so half of the chamber is up for election every two years.
How Population Chamber Elections Work
The Population Chamber is divided into three types of districts:
State Representation: Every state elects two representatives, regardless of population size (total of 100).
Territorial Representation: Each U.S. territory (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) elects one representative (total of 5).
Regional “Super Districts”: The remaining 26 seats are divided among U.S. time zones, proportionally to population:
Eastern Time Zone: 12 seats
Central Time Zone: 7 seats
Mountain Time Zone: 3 seats
Pacific Time Zone: 3 seats
Alaska/Hawaii & Pacific Territories: 1 seat
Voters in each state, territory, or super district elect their Population Representative directly in statewide or region-wide elections, separate from the Land Chamber vote.
Campaign Finance Reform
No candidate may spend more in a primary or general election than one year’s salary for the office they seek.
PAC and dark money will be banned entirely.
Only the candidate and their campaign may fund their race — no outside groups, no lobbyist slush funds, no billionaire buy-ins.
Any outside spending intended to influence the race will count against the candidate’s spending cap unless proven malicious.
This system ends gerrymandering, forces turnover in leadership, dismantles the special interest chokehold on Washington, and ensures that representatives serve the people — not themselves or their donors.
